Orkut New Design Cool
Orkut, the World's second largest Social Networking website redesigned its interface. Orkut designers added some round corners and new icons. Anyway I was impressed by the new design. I am requesting Orkut staff to start a mobile version of Orkut (mobile.orkut.com). This will be very helpful to the 20 crore strong Indian Mobile Community.
You can view my Orkut profile at orkut.karuturi.org
Here is the snapshot.

10 Unsolved Mysteries Of The Brain
Of all the objects in the universe, the human brain is the most complex: There are as many neurons in the brain as there are stars in the Milky Way galaxy. So it is no surprise that, despite the glow from recent advances in the science of the brain and mind, we still find ourselves squinting in the dark somewhat. But we are at least beginning to grasp the crucial mysteries of neuroscience and starting to make headway in addressing them. Even partial answers to these 10 questions could restructure our understanding of the roughly three-pound mass of gray and white matter that defines who we are. Read the full article at Discover Mag.

US Physicians Salaries
Here is the result of 2007 Physicians Compensation Survey by Martin, Fletcher. As usual, Interventional Cardiologist tops the list. I also heard that some Interventional Cardiologists earn around $8,00,000 per year on profit sharing basis.
