A free online version of the classic text Gray's Anatomy of the Human Body (20th edition) is available on Bartleby. This version of the medical reference book was revised and re-edited by Warren H. Lewis which is published in 1918. This resource is published and made available on the Web by the Internet publisher, Bartleby.com. The book contains over 1,396 pages and is divided into 300 sections with over 1,247 illustrations (many in colour). The encyclopaedic subject index comprises 13,000 entries, with hyperlinks to the relevant pages and illustrations. This electronic book is searchable by keyword or browsable by the table of contents.

The present 39th edition of Gray's Anatomy is published in Nov 2004. I mostly use this book as a reference tool.
